Each of us knows that not everyone or everything will be as it was.

This project is an attempt to share a photographic odyssey of life as it emerges from isolation and continues on.

In Homer’s epic poem Odysseus’ attempt to get home after suffering through a 10 year war incurs the wrath of the gods, is forced to visit the land of the dead, mourns the loss of all his crew, and when home is finally within reach is held captive for another 7 years.

It took Odysseus 20 years to get home. And when he did, everything had changed.

This site began March 20th, 2021. Twenty photos were placed at the start of Spring. 1.3% of the worldwide population is fully vaccinated.
